The bathroom desperately needs updating!!! A safety feature in the tub would be wise, and those thin towels could use a little heft!!! A coffee maker would also make a big difference during the stay!!!

The bed was comfortable with good pressure from the shower. Unfortunately, there were stains on the linens that were concerning.

The peaceful atmosphere was a breath of fresh air after a long day. The front desk staff were always eager to assist, making every interaction pleasant. The room was equipped with a refrigerator and microwave, which added to the convenience during my stay.

Unfortunately, the bathroom was in need of renovation, particularly the tub, which felt a bit outdated and lacked safety features. Additionally, there were no breakfast options available, which was disappointing for early risers.

Great folks here! I had to switch hotels after a rough night, and they accommodated me so quickly, letting us check in early. The place is clean, has a microwave and fridge, and even though there’s no breakfast, the staff was super helpful. We’re definitely coming back! ❤️

the door lock didn't work which was kinda concerning but the staff handled everything so well getting us checked in early. the room was very clean and had a fridge which helped a lot. also we got breakfast to go for the kids.

easy access to parks and museums for a perfect weekend stroll

my stay was enjoyable, especially with the hotel's short distance of almost 2 km to the Coutts Museum of Art and nearby good dining options like Anitas Mexican Restaurant just a little over 2 km away, making it easy to explore the area on foot without needing a car. I'd recommend it for a nice weekend getaway, but the check-in process could use some streamlining.

The King Suite was super comfy with a great bed that made it easy to crash after a long day. The shower head was awesome—good pressure! The room was clean, and I loved having cable TV and wifi to unwind. Plus, it was right next to a nice taco shop, which was a fun bonus!
